Where are the classes held?
The meeting place is swirls car park just next to Thirlmere and Helvellyn. there is a Car park opposite and also a lay by just a short walk down the road
Adventure Training
Recall Training
Training recall is super important if you want to let your dog off leash whilst hiking. we never recommend off leash walks in places with livestock.
Loose leash walking
Dogs pulling on the leash whilst hiking isn't just annoying, it can actually be dangerous in some situations. It can also be straining on both you and the dog!
impulse control
Training impulse control in a group environment can be hard, but if you do it correctly it will help massively. teaching impulse control is great for a strengthening downstays, place command and recall
SIT/DOWN STAYS
Teaching a downstay is a great way to keep your dog under control or calm when needed.
socialisation
With this being a group session we will Naturally be socialising all dogs and promoting calmness when around other dogs
